Our Approach

Outlined in this section is the process we undertake, from initial concept to complete installation, why and how it is done.

The initial contact will either be by telephone or correspondence from a client, Occupational Therapist or trade enquiry.

Caring Solutions will then provide a free no obligation consultation.

This is to ensure that our clients obtain the best independent advice possible by discussing your needs and requirements, specifically with any recommendations from Occupational Therapists.

Incorporated in the consultation is a free survey and quotation based upon the client's needs. We assist in ensuring that all parties are fully informed of what is required right from the beginning.

After acceptance of an order, the specialist equipment is obtained from one of our product manufacturers. This independence ensures that the equipment most suitable for the client's needs can be installed which gives our company greater flexibility.

All equipment is fully covered by both the manufacturer's and our guarantees.

To ensure the minimum of time on site we incorporate a total purchasing package. This means that when one of our experienced installers arrive on site, he already has as much of your equipment available to carry out the installation. This saves time for you and our fitter.

Our use of specialist installers enable us to provide the care and service our clients have come to expect, covering a wide range of skills from plumbing, tiling and electrical, through to decorating and general building works.

The work is carried out with the minimum of disruption and accommodates your daily needs. Most importantly, facilities are left in place at the end of each days work.

Our efficient service ensures that the project is completed as smoothly and as quickly as possible, without detracting from quality and workmanship.
